Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Very cute and got my order quick!

Absolutely perfect 👌

Excellent customer service. Couldn't be happier.

Do not use this website! I have wasted over $120 on what I thought would be great gifts based on a golfer theme. It turns out the “artist” does not check that the photo you provide does not block the background and destroy the theme you are trying to create. I alerted customer service that the golf club was obliterated in my gifts and they reassured me they would be recalled but they were shipped. My numerous emails bringing this to their attention were ignored. I now have useless gifts that have no resemblance to a golfer. Awful customer service. Waste of time and money I agreed with the photo of mine to use in each product ordered (I had sent 2 photos and there was a change I requested which was dealt with). I assumed the Crown and Paw image itself would be reproduced as shown on the website. I was ordering the golfer which on the website shows a golf club as one would expect. I thought the image sent to me was odd - no golf club head showing just a random black line in the background that looked very odd. Crown and Paw quality control should have picked up that they were not producing their advertised image! But they clearly didn’t! I sent numerous emails to Crown and Paw. Most were not acknowledged. I finally got one that said they were recalling the products from production and then in the next hour I got one saying it had been shipped!! Since then numerous updates on shipping and after a few days and all those shipping updates another one saying they couldn’t recall the production! No clear attention to the issue I raised. I will not be able to gift these products as the golf imagery is lost!

I appreciate that there are so many options, making it fun to conjecture what each one might look like with my pet's face! I'd love to see more cat variations on the samples - maybe a dog pic & a cat pic that each type of pet-owner can see a good model for what their selection might look like.

Its grrat and speedy delivery!

It's so easy and fun! They are quick to review your order and send out the product. I love my animals, and this is a great way to honor them.

We couldn't be happier with our photo! Quality is great and my baby looks amazing!
