Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Very informative , easy to follow

The ease of selecting the exact portrait, the large variety of costumes, the overall experience was super user friendly. I'm ready to place another order & haven't seen my first yet!!!

I'm happy now after the issues with my order were sorted out. I'm excited to give this to my husband (he's going to LOVE it!). But in the beginning, it was so stressful and difficult to get a hold of anyone in customer service. There is no phone number to call, and it felt like I was ignored for a week. Email and social media messaging said that they would get back to me in 24/48 hours. I heard nothing for a week... I was so stressed out because I had no idea if anyone would get back to me (my first time using this service ) and my money had already been taken. Someone finally responded to me after I messaged them a few times on FB messenger. She was great and got everything sorted out quickly. A huge thank you to that rep for helping me fix my order and giving me peace of mind knowing I would get this awesome picture of our pups in time for Christmas. Give that lady a raise! Also, get a phone number for people to call!!!

A text message was sent to the intended recipient, whose number you were only given for shipping information, with ALL of the details.

I am not internet savvy. It was easy, and hope it went well.

Seems like an easy experience, but I haven’t seen a draft of the artwork yet. Anxious to see the finished product.

The overall easiness of the process

Easy site to use and very user friendly.
