Super easy to use, and I appreciate that I know a time table of events. When to hear from an artist, when to expect the pillow. Really super excited about this!

The website is very user friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is for not being able to see my photos on the actual cup before I ordered and paid. Would of been nice to see what I was actually getting before purchasing.

I love the website and it's so easy to use. I was a bit confused when I last ordered because I thought they were ALL canvas's but I realised I didn't read the product correctly. I definitely know what I'm doing now!

First photo canvas for my brother's dog came out AMAZING. but then I didn't really like the one for my dog but they were able to make another one. Which, I like much better. The communication was top notch. I'm so excited to see the canvass!!
