Quality was amazing, artwork is phenomenal. They send you a picture for your approval before they send you the artwork to make sure you are happy with it, which is amazing! I requested 1 small change, and it was fast. Overall, I'm very happy and will be using the service again for my other 2 pets.

This is just a review of the website not the product. The website gave me a lot of problems uploading photos. Ultimately I couldn’t do it and had to order from my phone. This was annoying. Additionally there was no way to create an account and save my order to the account. Therefore each time I wanted to try something out I had to start all over. This was again frustrating. Lastly it would make the process much better and easier is there was a quick preview that could be performed. This would help people to look at the colors to see if they work. I spent a lot of time wondering about colors. It could be as simple as having the user draw a box around the dog head them laying it over the base. It wouldn’t be perfect for the final but it would make evaluating the options so much easier.

I really wish the Christmas canvas could be made as 3 siblings instead of a child with parents, but other than that, the process is simple and I can't wait to get my vampire kitty.

The website is easy to use and easily understood when it comes to how to get your orders done.
