Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

This order is my second experience with Crown & Paw & I anticipate a wonderful product this time because my first product was absolutely everything I had hoped for & more! Anyone who is considering placing an order should feel confident that they will have a positive experience! Don’t hesitate!

I have had a great experience with Crown & Paw. I will be sending in another order very soon. This is definitely for all of us pet lovers.

Purchased with them with the full intention of loving it, unfortunately the pet passed away and I had to let them know I needed to cancel. Zero empathy and just "reminded" me of their cancellation policy. I do care, the pet had passed and it was no longer tasteful or respectful. I told them to cancel. Days later I am sent the same email asking me what I wanted to do and again their cancellation policy. I again had to tell them to cancel and don't understand why it wasn't already done. I was charged the silly fee for the "art" done which is clearly on a computer so that's fine. Have your $10 but cancel.. this took entirely too long to complete considering the circumstances. They were sure to tell me I could use it for a different animal though but after that, I would never use their company or refer them to anyone. If someone needs to cancel for any reason especially for the death of a pet, there is no need to send multiple emails reiterating the cancellation policy, just simply cancel the customer's order as they requested the first time.

Orders are handled very quickly and when there was issue with a picture, it was delt with very fast.

So impressed with the concept and process. Final product is amazing. I can’t wait to give this gift!

Pleased so far. Looking forward to the preview

It has been over two weeks. I have not received a proof of the product and the website says my order does not exist.

So easy to get started and the product is perfect. Such a fun way to show off your 4 legged child. Glad I did it.
