So excited to get my pillow I ordered recently! I will say the team at crown & paw have been amazing at communicating the best choices when it came to choosing a perfect picture of my little princess Luna(my chihuahua)!!!

Amazing service!! Got an email confirmation straight away, and also a few personal emails that were so friendly and super kind when I told of my cat having passed away. This company not only offers AMAZING fun unique and joyful products but their customer service is absolutely next level. If I could give 11 out of 10 stars I would!!!! I couldn’t be more impressed. 🙌🏼🐱🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I was disappointed, after placing my canvas order request and not liking how it turned out, I was advised that I am only allowed to change the background one time. During the order process it did not specify this and I would think they would be upfront about how many times you are allowed to change it since you never know how your pet's picture is going to look on the body artwork. I would have gladly paid another few dollars to try several and see which I liked best. Again, online I am not happy with the product I was forced to order and have yet to see it in person.
