Where do I begin?! I find Crown & Paw via a G search. I have seen examples before and knew I had to have one of my dog Coco. We chose the sapphire background to match her real life grandness. Ordering was super easy. The best part is they give you tips on how you should take the picture of your animal to get the best product back. I followed their instructions to the T and it came out beautiful. Once you order they send you an email to approve the art. If you don’t like it, you can contact them, but if you love it, you click approve and you’re done. Easy peasy. I think I received the art approval email in a day or so after placing my order. I received the finish picture in about a week. I also ordered throw pillows and those haven’t arrived, but the estimate is sometime in Mid-November. Run, don’t walk to your computer or phone to order! You won’t be disappointed ! Cheers!

Customer service and being kept updated on the progress was topnotch ! However, the finished canvas was disappointing in that it was so magnified that it did not match the digital photo. A portion of the background was not included which is part of the reason I chose this scene.

The result was awesome better than I could have anticipated. Got the General and my dog has a portrait naturally right above our tv can’t miss it. Process was easy, reasonable shipping time.

I have ordered a "human" canvas and was so happy to see that animal prints are available. Ordering process is easy and simple. Not too convuluted as some can be. Appreciate that. Keep up the great work.

Man, that order process was very difficult. I’ve had custom pet portraits done prior, and it was so much easier. I really hope that the final product looks as good as it does online, because then I’ll be fully satisfied. But it did take me 17 different times to upload my photo. I think it’s because the product I wanted was out of stock but it never said that. But now it’s not available to order so I am thinking that was the glitch. I really wanted a pair of Christmas socks but no matter what color combo I picked, or where I attempted to get the photo from, I could never get it to accept. So I just got the white ones, which are fine because they’re a gift. The shipping charge also seemed kind of high so I figured I’d just go ahead and order a portrait of my cat who passed away last year at 23. She was the most spoiled cat and my best friend. But those luxury trunk pet prints are adorable and I can’t wait to see the finished products. I’m very optimistic!
