Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Order was perfect! Looks amazing- better than anticipated. Very quick preview and delivery as well!

When I couldn't find the military uniform for one of my dogs, I was presented with a even better one! Very polite and courteous. Quick response to my inquiry and questions. Very pleased so far and can't wait to see the finished product. Will definitely be a return customer!!

Website was easy to maneuver around.

First of all, I love your products. I am adding a pet to the other 3 portraits we already have! My only suggestion is to improve your website cart and check out process. I found it difficult to navigate the website when looking for my cart. I accidently ended up with multiple repeat items in my cart and it took me a moment to figure out how to delete the unwanted items. The check out process took longer than expected. My card would not process via the website, but processed without difficulties when I selected the pay pal option. It would be nice if there was a cart icon for ease of access and a delete item option. The products are great and make wonderful gifts, but the online ordering was more challenging than most other websites.

This site was very user friendly. Can't wait to see the finished product!

So fun, easy to navigate. Can’t wait to get my order!

I am thrilled with your products and customer care. Each of the four photographs I have ordered have been received and look exactly as shown on the website. I appreciate your helpful and timely response to any concerns or questions I've had. Keep up the good work!

I had a very nice experience using this website! Just follow the prompts and it was completed!
