Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

So far so good. Just placed an order. Check back get I get it.

Quick and timely, really appreciated that around the holidays

Website was easy and clear. I was very put off when they asked me if I wanted to pay $10 bucks to cut the line (that's fine...time is money), but after I declined it, they immediately said, OK well, how about you give us $7.50 and you can still cut the line. Made me feel icky.

I placed my order on 12/4 and have not received any preview of my order. I paid for the order and have attempted to communicate on 10 separate occasions through different sources (emails, messages, social media). I have received no response and again the order is PAID for! I am so disappointed! I am a returning customer and I am so upset that my money has been taken.

I can’t view my order before placing it. I can’t add the discount code for my first order. I received a surprise code that last only for 2 hours. I was able to add that one. I also had trouble adding multiple items for the 4 dogs and couldn’t add a comment for each

Lots of pictures to choose from! Website very easy to use!

I placed my order two weeks ago and I’ve sent an email and two messages with no response. I’m just trying to figure out what’s going on with my order it’s been saying processing for two weeks I was hoping to give this as a gift for Christmas. It’s frustrating that I’ve heard nothing back and there’s no phone number to reach anyone.
