I ordered a picture for my friend and it was supposed to be here 11/13. It never showed up. I waited 2 days like the tracking statement said and sent an email to Crown and Paw when it didn’t show. I get shipping delays and all the Covid delays but I have sent 3 emails to customer service over the past 5 days and I haven’t had a single response. I have no idea where my picture is or what is happening. The tracking said it got to my state 11/13, but I don’t even know what office it went to or anything to call someone to track it down. Crown and paw doesn’t have a phone number so I am unable to contact them in any other way but email. Hopefully they see this and can help me figure it out because I’m irritated and sad that this awesome gift won’t get to me before my friends birthday now, if at all.

Easy to navigate.

The picture is very cute but I am not sure how I feel about it. The appeal was the character I chose and the finished product is cropped way closer than the image I approved. You can’t see enough of the costume now to know its the Kingslayer. Im a bit disappointed.
