Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

So far the result is very different than the advertisement leads you to believe

It was a bit of a struggle to place my order and once I did, I received an email in less than 24 hours saying that my photos had not been received (although I still don’t understand how I placed an order without photos). I replied with the photos attached and then did not receive a response for several days and multiple messages reaching out to crown and paw for an order status. However, when I did finally receive a response, it was polite, apologetic and included an awesome proof for my order. I know this is a busy time of year and lots to juggle. I’m excited for the art to arrive and hope it meets my expectations! All of my interactions were positive, just need a little work on response time!

My order has been sitting in a warehouse for four days without updates. Emails go unanswered and there is no phone number to call. After further investigation, turns out this is not uncommon for the company.

Very easy to understand, hope my order comes out great!

The process of picking your background and ordering is simple. A short time later, I was asked to review my image prior to printing. I just got he printed canvas today and it is amazing and just like the proof. Would order again!

I love everything i order I am so happy with my orders thanks 😊

Thank you for the great representation of my beloved cat. What a great memory to see him every day, looking as regal in the after life as he did in person. I appreciate all of the updates and prompt service.

Everything was great and easy. Such a fun gift.
