I was unable to click on the email to order my picture. I kept getting an error when I tried to upload images. It took some time to figure out, but I just went to the site outside of my email, and I was able to upload the pictures. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars. Can't wait for my order!

After i placed the photos, then continued with payment i think they should show uploaded pics to so i can feel assured all went thru at least to this point. I read I’m getting an email where i can review before its put to print. Which will be fine. My first order so just hoping i did my share right!! Cant wait to see the product. Surprise for the folks!

The website offers so many products and themes to chose from, it is hard to choose just one!! The variety of options is wonderful!

Great selection of "costumes" to choose from. I do wish I was able to see a mock up of the image before paying for it but they do indicate if your chosen image doesn't work they will let you know. I'm very excited to receive this. I've ordered a canvas for a Christmas present for a friend. Definitely a different and unexpected gift. Additionally, I was a little disappointed about the high shipping cost given these items are not cheap.

Easy to use website

I received an email that my proof was ready. I did NOT approve the 1st proof. I responded to the email that the head looked too large for the body. I then received a 2nd email that the revised proof was ready. THAT ONE I approved. I ordered ONE canvass. I have received TWO and been charged TWICE! I have sent NUMEROUS emails and NO ONE has replied. I want the 1st charge refunded ASAP!
