The setup was very easy. The issue I had is not with the product but when I was submitting for payment. It had shipping at “free” for 1-2 weeks but then changed to $9.95. Being told it was free shipping and then not getting it is bad form.

I have now purchased 4 items from Crown & Paw - 2 portraits of 2 different dogs and 2 festive sweatshirts. I used the website 4 separate times to place the orders. I find the website to be very easy to navigate to make my selections and place my order. Your order number is on the page where the order is confirmed after purchasing and on your order email. You need to keep track of that number because you will use it when you log in to verify your item before it gets printed.

I can't express how much I love Crown and Paw! The Whimsical portrayal of our Puggle Matilda as Matilda Grace Duchess of Brausen cracks me up everytime I walk by it proudly displayed in our livingroom. I can't stop ordering now! I would love to work as an artist for Crown and Paw but I'm in the US. I am your biggest fan and want to thank you for the daily laughter.
