I thought the website products were great. I would suggest giving a zoom in feature on pictures. Also, the search engine gets confused on cellular devices. Also maybe lower the cost of digital download. Other than that really enjoyed getting to seek out fun painting options of my cats. Thanks, Laurie Gravengard

Ordering process was very seamless. Even more so than ordering last year. Last year ordered at beginning of December and did not arrive until after Christmas. This year ordered sooner and paid for priority shipping and my order process keeps changing when it was sent to an artist. The date for completion has been changed 3 times now. Makes me in easy that the item will not be here before Christmas a second year in a row. The item is a Christmas sweater that we paid $90 for that would be pointless if it shows up after Christmas.
