I like your product so far. I haven't received it yet so I can't comment based on the actual product. I'm just a bit upset about the price change. The price is shown in CAN Canadian dollars. But upon completion I get a message confirming my order that's now showing US American dollars

I would advise everyone who uses this website to check their spam folder. I only figured out that’s where my artwork approval was sent to when I hadn’t heard from them in about a week (with delivery being no later than the 1st of December I thought I’d try and figure it out.) when I found the email I was taken to their approval site. From there I was shown what I had approved (since I didn’t respond in 72 hrs). It’s just the head of my dog same light same everything just put on top of the uniform. I tried my best to follow all the picture guidelines. No shading was done to match the background you can see ambient light from my kitchen in the picture right over my dogs ear. You’d think they would take more than 3 min to work with the photograph. I hope they can make it right. I finally pulled the trigger on this after seeing their ads for over a year and was just really let down. I will admit that me not finding the art approval has led to this so I’m able to shoulder some of the blame I just felt like it should look a ton better for what they are charging.
