Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Great Job!!! The artist did a good job of lighting up the eyes on one of our all black dogs, and providing some contrast. We can't wait to give it as a Christmas present to their grandparents from their grandpups.

Easy-to-use interface not confusing.

I can't wait . This will be our second portrait of our new addition

Customer service is an absolute joke. I have sent in multiple revision requests, changed the photo and the picture is still wrong! Everytime I say this is not the right picture, i get a response a few days later saying "your artwork is ready for review" and its the exact same. I dont think they have "artists" on staff, its just computer generated and sloppy. Horrible and will not recommend this ever to anyone. Wish I could get my money back.

The experience was fine but would have appreciated the opportunity to try different themes & see how they looked before I placed the order. It was a guess as yo which one I prefer.

The website was easy to navigate. FAQ were clear. I really appreciated the filters so I could narrow down what I wanted. Checkout was a breeze.

I was delighted -- and impressed -- with my online experience with Crown & Paw. I'm no wizard with anything cyberspace. But ordering my canvass dog portrait, as a Christmas gift, was as easy as composing and sending an email -- or any such straightforward transaction. If I can do it that effortlessly, and happily, anybody can. What a great service -- and product. I'm so looking forward to receving the "masterpiece." Tom

I love all of the options provided but the product options are overwhelming. I wish that you could choose the image you like and then choose posters, canvas, etc.
