I've been waiting 3 weeks for a revision. I want a refund at this point but have no idea how to even go about that. The last 2 orders have been a nightmare and no one responds to emails...ever! I've sent at least 6 with no response.

I never received a confirmation number on my order on my initial order placed. 48 hours later I emailed the company to explain in order to review my order and approve it I would need that number. The following day I still did not receive a follow up email so I emailed them again. I’m assuming they will just send out the order without me even seeing it or approving it. This is a gift for someone and it was not cheap. Very disappointed with this process thus far.

I have ordered from C&P previously. I believe it had just started back then. It is very clear they have either sold to a larger company or the lure of profits have overwhelmed senior leadership. All the add ons and asking to pay more to “skip the line” it’s actually just ridiculous. Also, the foundation of what y’all started with, the period pics and everything are nearly gone… replaced with an inordinate amount of TV show/Star Wars pics … it’s just very different.
