Awesome experience and loved the outcome! I can’t wait to see my clients face when I give it to them for Christmas!

Ordered my artwork November 25, today is December 10. I’ve received multiple emails about how my package is ready and shipped and then more emails about how it’s still awaiting processing. I’ve reached out repeatedly to customer support only to be further confused by them linking a tracking number that doesn’t give me any details. The artwork itself is wonderful. However, the customer experience with the maze of misinformation is frustrating. Unfortunately, last time using this cute company. Sorry C&P. Maybe add a phone number so when people have questions we can get a direct answer.

perfect!!!!! So happy with my order!

The quality of work using photos on canvas is amazing. The match up of the pets photo with the back ground chosen is amazing!! My only complaint is their is absolutely no phone number to speak to any humans about anything. Can’t cancel an order or talk to anyone about revising a pic. You can email but the email back is a generic email sent back with out responding to questions in your email. Maybe all the pets are running this company?

The shopping website was great- but it’s concerning being part of a standard order and not having a basic delivery schedule for max delivery delay when a jump the line option is in place. E.g. it would be nice to have a maximum delay of 1 week due to holidays etc. It made me feel like the order wasn’t valued.

Got this for a gift. Easy to upload my picture. So many cute choices. Got to review how it would look before they printed and fast shipment. Made adjustment I asked for in review.

I am so happy with my Step Brithers portrait! I can’t wait for my son to see it on Christmas Day! Crown and Paw created the artwork quickly. I was able to preview it and make changes because I didn’t like the photo I originally chose of one of my dogs. I would definitely recommend their products.

Quick shipping, love the products! Great gift for my teenagers who love their cats!!!
