Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Easy to use and very informative. The guide section helped me choose the best canvas and picture for my pet.

I am very upset with your company. I have reached out to you several times to request help. I have two large orders that DID NOT ARRIVE. ORDER # 486886 WHICH CONSISTED OF FIVE ITEMS A TOTAL OF 282 DOLLARS - of which only two items got here. The lone ranger and the aristocrat. NONE OF THE OTHER ITEMS ARRIVED HERE. The last response I got was to ask neighbors if they have the package or look for a notice. ????? NOW WHAT? NOT A GOOD RESPONSE. I also ordered with you a blanket and another canvass ORDER NUMBER 489504 IT HAS NOT ARRIVED EITHER. I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE . As I am sure you know there were christmas gift which need to be mailed from me to somewhere else. I am running out of time and patience and money. This was a big spend for me and now I am without gifts for all these people. I have received nothing but automated responses from your company, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR A PERSON TO HELP ME FOLLOW UP ON THIS. Please provide me with somone who can help me find these items or have them resent. Thank you, Nile Butta

They went above and beyond to get my pet’s face to really look like themselves. Appreciate the care they took to make me proofs and listen to my thoughts.

I cancelled my order and was charged a $10 artwork fee after two horrible proof reviews.

Website very easy to navigate and all options are explained clearly.

Website is very user friendly and has lots of adorable options. Was able to complete order easily and quickly.

fine so far. I'm hoping to get it before Christmas

It was easy to navigate, well laid out, had clear labels for categories, and user friendly!!!
