Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I love the finished product. It’s a gift and I know they will be surprised and love it!! The artists were easy to work with (1 did one revision) and they made the change I requested perfectly.

I struggled to find a photo to create a pillow of my daughter's puppy. She lives out of state and I wanted this to be a surprise, so my options were limited. Crown and Paw patiently reviewed 4-5 images before we found the perfect one. Customer service was supportive and responsive. This was a great experience and I can't wait to see the finished piece!

Artwork was great but they are very misleading/lying about how long it takes to get delivered.

I have uploaded 4 pictures and keep getting told none of them work. They won’t give me a refund on the order. The pictures I sent are clear pictures not sure why they won’t work. My dog is no longer with me so I can’t take a new picture. I asked simply if they have a number I can call so I can speak with someone and got a snotty reply saying no they don’t have a customer number because most customers prefer to send them chats. How would they know what customers would prefer if the customers only have the 1 option and I can guarantee customers would prefer a phone option

Got my first order today. I love it!

I just ordered a gift through the website, and it was easy to use! Looking forward to receiving the item.

I just got my preview of my gift for my brother and his husband, and it was only one day after I ordered it!! It's fantastic!! I had tears of joy and excitement!! Thank you for helping me get the perfect gift for my brother and his husband!! I love it!! And I know they will, too!

Have ordered from Crown and Paw previously, loved the product. Just bought one for my parents and their dog. So good.
