Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Easy to use website and results so far have been great

The selection of options to choose from for pet portraits is awesome, the prices are reasonable, the service is quick, and the end result is epic! I can’t wait for my brother to open his Deadpool cat canvas on Christmas! He’s going to love it, and everyone is going to love watching him open it!

Five days in. Still no sign of the artwork which I need to see before the product (Christmas seeater) is produced. When I emailed and asked over the weekend what the timeline was as I couldn’t track my order (it said order didn’t exist), I was told there was an IT related problem which meant the order hadn’t been picked up properly - clearly that error didn’t extend to not taking payment. Very disappointing so far. I am actually now thinking about reporting this to my card provider as a potential fraudulent retailer as you would have thought that they would seek to rectify the error asap.

Excellent and professional artistic work. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The only criticism I have is your proofing system and delivery time. Your final proofs don’t show the customer exactly how the final product will be cropped, and too much time elapses between the point someone approves and orders a product, and the point it is delivered to the recipient.

Great customer service! Thanks

Loved the design of my print
