I was unable to review the status of my order because their system did not capture it. Website is easy to use but their system issues are causing a delay in receiving this gift. Its been 11 days and still have not received any update on my order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We are on our third try at a portrait of a friend's dog and it is not turning out well. It took the artist 3 days longer than the website said to deliver a proof, then when we saw it and realized this is not the quality of gift we would want to give and asked for a refund we were told that they do not issue refunds ( this is not explained when starting this process) and would try again on the art work. We were sent a second proof two days later that was of the same art, just slightly enlarged. We are extremely disappointed in the quality for the amount of money we spent that we now can not get back.

I placed my order on December 1st. I am well outside of the 1-2 weeks shipping window and have yet to receive my order. I have contacted the company multiple times and have gotten no response. I hope the product I receive, if I do, isn’t a reflection of the customer service I have received up to this point!

The process to choose a style and order was easy and fun… The promo code did not make it to my order for my 30% discount. There was no way to modify the order or a direct link for questions. I found a contact link on the site, however, and received a credit back within 24 hours. That type of service is excellent and rare. Thank you!! The link to my order mostly kept me updated on progress, but when the order was sent to print, there was never a confirmation that it printed or shipped; it just showed up one day… Perhaps because the print was not protected properly for shipping, there is a small dent on the right side. It’s too minor to return, but large enough to catch my eye. Aside of that, the print is wonderful and I really enjoy it!
