No one on this team communicates properly about the status of your order. I am unsure whether or not I’ll be using them in the future. I was excited about getting this for my boyfriends birthday and it has been a grueling process.

My husband absolutely loved the picture I had done of our dog. I wish I had video taped his reaction. It’s by far the best gift he has ever received. He wants to get a bigger size now. Thank you so much! Communication with the company was top notch. They went above and beyond my expectations.

If I could give zero stars, I would. And appears this company is a scam. I ordered, paid, uploaded the photo, two weeks later I followed up… it’s been a month and I have not heard anything!

Your products are wonderful!!!! I would prefer to have all my orders under one account. having to log into each order number with different shopping carts is cumbersome. i ended up not ordering all the items I wanted.
