Ordered November 22 a phone case, uploaded photos and approved it a day or so later. It say in queue for printing forever, then when I questioned them miraculously it was shipped and I was given a tracking number that sat in one spot since Dec 19, and now it’s January 1st and I definitely won’t have the gift for Christmas. Their customer support sucks, their shipping sucks, and to be honest this company’s probably a scam.

Another review because this keeps getting better. STILL haven’t received one of my sweaters that was for Christmas. Wasn’t even offered a refund.... just an “aloha” with excuses (even though I ordered wellll before December 10 which was YOUR cut off for guaranteed Christmas delivery) I understand shipping issues were a thing this season but this wasn’t on them- this was YOU not producing my order on time. Horrible experience.

Love this portrait so much, it's a perfect add to our family wall. We were having trouble finding something so fitting to our pups importance in our lives, this immortalized her and makes us smile deeply. For the price and amazing time it was done and shipped I would completely do this again (and might lol). We've had so many compliments, and asks on where they can get one for their pets. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job with our much loved pup.
