I ordered a Christmas present on Nov 29th and it didn’t come until January. I saw on your website that the cutoff for Christmas delivery wasn’t until around dec 10th. I complained to the support team and they didn’t do anything about it.

There was a total lack of communication regarding my order. I received an order number and then they dropped the ball. I had to contact them several times with no real resolution in sight. It's over 6 weeks since I placed the original order and I still haven't received it or any indication that I will receive it. I requested a refund.
