So my first package got delayed and lost.whose fault ? unfortunately they did the mistake,address got written down incorrectly.they did though send a second package where I did receive my item And I’m satisfied Delivery time 3/10 Communication rating 10/10 Would recommend

Super speedy process of getting a fun canvas of my kitten! High quality artwork packaged nicely. Loved that I was able to approve the artwork before having it shipped to me as well, that made it very easy to know exactly what you would be getting!

The portrait itself came out very well and was happy, however there was a blemish on the portrait I received. It was a small 2 inch horizontal line on the canvas that was missing color. I had to fill it in myself with black marker. I was hoping a quality checker could of spotted it before it was shipped to me.

It’s looks awesome! I’m giving it to my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and I’m so excited for her to see it!

Absolutely amazing. We’ve had pictures made of our last 5 dogs who passed and it’s a family tradition we will continue until someone has pictures made of us.
