It was great! I loved the detail given—all the way down to showing my dogs whiskers!

Great idea for pet pics

This is my 3rd time ordering a custom pet portrait because they are so fun and unique! These portraits make people laugh. The ordering process is super easy and I’m sure the quality of my latest order will be just as high as the previous orders.

Terrible terrible terrible! Order #558205 First revision - they used another dog’s picture and submitted to me I emailed and corrected them, however, they did not seem to understand despite acknowledging to my email and screwed up the second revision. Mind you, it’s straightforward, I used basic English and told them to use my pet’s picture instead of some other pet. Why would I want a picture of someone else’s dog? Second revision - they used the picture of my pet which I have submitted for another painting, I bought 3 paintings in total. This is sloppy! How can they be so lazy? I have clearly submitted a picture of my pet meant for this particular painting and I have mentioned upteen times to use this picture for this particular painting. Right now I am still awaiting for them to get back to me on this particular painting. It seems like they cannot be bothered to service customers properly? They are ignoring the request i made an forcing me to accept something that I did not pay for! As a customer, I paid for this particular photo of my pet on the painting, however they are giving me other pet’s photos or being sloppy and using the same photos for 2 paintings(which I submitted 2 different photos).

Amazing and fast service!

The site is awesome. However, wish there was a feature for customers to preview their pet pics with the portrait. In my opinion, it helps solidify the customers overall experience of the service and what to expect. All the same, good stuff so far. Waiting to see the turnout.

It was very easy to get the picture the way I wanted. I wish there had been a few more choices for 3 or more pets but I was happy with how it came out. They listened to what I wanted and responded quickly! I would use it again!

This was such a fun experience! The only difficult part was picking what outfit for my sweet kitties. We lost both of them last year and I wanted to find a way to capture their personalities…. This is perfect. As soon as I saw the proofs I could not stop smiling!!! I asked for an edit and it was done perfectly in one day. Can’t wait to see the finished portraits! Thank you for adding to the happy memories of my sweet babies.
