Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Exceptional Service! Had a great experience with Crown & Paw. Even though the image I sent was not perfect they worked with me and my wife loved the surprise.

I’ve got 4 canvases of my fur babies and they are excellent!!!

Great experience!! Easy and fast.

I already have a portrait of each one of my dogs. I just ordered one for my cat. These are my favorite pieces of art on my walls. Everyone who sees them comments on how awesome they are. So excited to add to the ones we already have!!!!

The experience was great in the shop and approving the artwork. However, I am still waiting for it to be shipped after the estimated deadline for shipping. I have not received any information about why is it so slow to print 2 mugs or what is causing the delay. Also, paid extra for the faster shipping. It was supposed to be a gift but it is not helpful if it is going to be late like two weeks in the end.

This place does fantastic art work! These guys ROCK!

I have ordered two other canvases previously and I was vey happy. This time I got a message that my photo was not acceptable, I sent several photos and got the same message. I emailed customer service and someone responded almost immediately. I was reassured that everything was ok and I did receive the preview to approved within the next 24 hours. If I had one minor request is that there might be some hats, crowns or other adornment on the pet's head to go with the outfit. I did request this on one of my canvases but in the end the "crown" was not what I had in mind.

Amazing job! Thank for being so accommodating on my changes. Turned out great!
