Very good service

Fast Transaction Looking forward to the finished artwork

This is my 5th time ordering from Crown & Paw. And I plan on ordering more as gifts for my friends and family. I walk by and smile every time.

First, I do not think it was obvious or even stated that there cannot be changes made to the theme. I might have missed it but I wished there was a comment section while ordering the artwork. Second, the customer service team have been great to work with but the changes we've agreed seem to not be communicated at all or properly to the respective parties. For an example, I wanted to change the order from the football theme to the step brothers, but I got an email showing the preview work of the football theme. Was the designer(s) not aware of this change because I feel bad they had to do this extra work. Additionally, in the email exchange with the customer service, there was a question of the order of the dogs (which dog should be on the left and on the right). The art preview for the step brothers theme showed the dogs in the incorrect order. Not a huge deal but these things shouldn't have occurred in the first place, especially when these details were supposed to be transmitted to the designers.

I decided to put my dogs and cat on canvas. A good way to remember them!

We’ve honored our fur babies past and present with these lovely portraits.

Cannot wait for my order to arrive. So many options on the site, I'll be laughing all day!

The entire process was so easy from start to finish. it literally took me less than 5 minutes to upload my photo and submit payment. The hardest part was choosing which outfit and product to choose, as they have so many cute options. I needed to reach out to them with a question or 2, and the customer service was outstanding with a quick and friendly reply. Thanks Crown and Paw!
