Extra Fee - no delivery Don't bother if you have any type of deadline. I had ordered socks and had paid the extra fee to jump in front of the queue, because my order was a birthday present. As of right now, my order is still waiting to be printed, even though it should have been shipped last week according to the company's timeline. The socks won't make it on time, if at all.

Love the selection of artwork .. the ordering experience was good. I am pretty sure the final product will meet my expectations as well .. but all in all what a fun idea and a great gift idea

I am not receiving any email notifications from you for key order status items. I got an order confirmation email and this survey email, but I received no actual notification or email for when the art preview was ready for review (both times). Kind of hard to get something to ship if I am not being told it is ready for my authorization to print and ship. Might want to look into that.

There was no email suggesting to review the order and was “auto” approved the photo looks horrible and they would not make changes, the email I received was asking to review the company. 10/10 would not recommend. I’m out $40.00 and have a crappy portrait.
