Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

They did an amazing job! I wish I would have known about this website sooner.

Thank you SO much. Our beloved cat, Mac, passed away recently at the ripe old age of 16 and we decided this would be the perfect way to remember him. I ordered his portrait a few days after he passed and when I received the artwork proof back a day or so later, my heart was full again. Can’t wait to hang it up! <3

I love Crown and Paw. I purchased a portrait for my brother when his dog passed away. It’s on the mantelpiece and is a favorite. I’m purchasing another picture for a friend who’s favorite fur friend just passed away.

Great company I love their designs.

Very good service

The ordering process was very easy. I used the filters to narrow down the choices. We enjoyed looking at all the various options.

There is no way to preview the order before paying. What if the image is terrible? Customers should have the option to either see the product with pet's photo in it--before paying--OR it should be clear on the website that if the image /product is not acceptable, customer can change it later.

Great customer service and final product. I looked at a lot of the companies that offer this service. I decided to go with Crown and Paw and very happy I did. Placed my order and the confirmation email said I should get my artwork to review in 10-14 days which differed from their website and would mean I wouldn't get the item in time. I emailed them and within hours had a brilliant response saying that the wrong email had gone out (10-14 days is during their busy Christmas season) and it would be 2-3 days as shown on their website. The artwork did arrive in 2-3 days and I asked for changes to be made. It was really quick and easy and the final product is with me now and looks great. Very pleased I used Crown & Paw.
