while placing my order I was originally told it would come in 3-5 days. after placing my order it said 2-3 weeks, which is fine. it was just a little frustrating.

I am very impressed with the speed and responsiveness of the order, quality of communication, etc. My order arrived very quickly and on time for to be given as a gift. The print went over really well and the person who received it was very satisfied. I am reviewing 4 stars instead of 5 star because I thought the example images look a bit better than the final one I received. The examples on the website and in advertisements seem to have a more blended, cohesive, painting-like quality, and mine felt a bit more like the photo cut and insert into the painting background. I realize, ultimately, that's what this is, so I am still plenty satisfied and happy with the order, and in the end the main thing was the person who received it as a gift was stoked and loved it.

The order process was easy. It took about 5 days to get an email to approve the artwork and it looks better than I had anticipated. I did try to order a frame for my picture, but had trouble with that. Otherwise it has been a great experience.

Prompt email regarding the print proofs! Still waiting for shipping but so far so good!

I really enjoyed the interface. It was nice to be able to cycle through different pictures until I found the one I was sure I wanted. What was less great is that after check out there was this part where it asked about skipping to the beginning of the line. This felt disingenuous and made me regret my purchase because you hid this from me to spring it on me after I had already paid. When I declined it popped back up with a counter offer, which is even worse. It felt very gimmicky and like you were hiding options and available pricing. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Very user friendly. Only tip I would give is a comments box & ability to load more than 1 photo per pet head. Just in case, say, the photo has more than 1 pet in but it’s the owner’s favourite, or they want to add a spare photo just in case their first choice isn’t good enough for example.

Easy process. Wish there was a preview...but otherwise easy.
