There was no problem with the picture I submitted but there was with the outfit that I selected. Crown and Paw sent me the artwork in a different outfit and it was very difficult to see or enlarge. I had to request a change three times before I received an appropriate answer. It would behoove them to have a customer service phone number for direct access rather than to depend on an email. I also found it a bit tacky at the end of the order where they are requesting a tip for the artwork after spending almost $40.00 on a mug!

BEST MOTHERS DAY GIFT EVER I got the step brothers and Jane Goodall pillows for my mom for Mother's Day and she was obsessed with them! She facetimed me dying laughing because of how brilliant they were. The printing was super high quality and the artwork was amazing. I must have made at least 5 revision requests (swapped dogs for one of them then wanted my chihuahah's head to be smaller than the other one) and the artist was always so prompt with the changes. I already bought another one for my boyfriend's birthday, can't wait to see how it comes out!

This is a very specific complaint regarding the set up for the Tip function. It is Great that you ask for tips for the artist - and I gladly left a $5 Tip for the extra adjustment they made for me! - but I HATED that I had to go through a separate transaction to do it!! Had to provide full personal and financial details, get my credit card out again, etc. all to leave a $5 Tip! I almost bailed and blew it off, but thought again of the artist and their good work. There has to be a way to ask at time of purchase, or better still link back to info from that original order, to pay for the Tip. In general I Love Crown and Paw - don’t get me wrong!, but the Tip process is Annoying! Please fix!
