I think this is self explanatory. Customer service wasn't helpful to solve my issue. This won't come in my timeline and I've paid you over 200 dollars.

Hi Nicole, your review is very concerning to us. We've checked the details of your order and seems to show that it has already been delivered on August 13, 2022. Please be advised that an email notification containing the tracking details of your order was sent to you. Also, you can check the details of the order via your dashboard. In line with this, we have a few steps to resolving cases like this. • Check If the delivery note states the parcel was left somewhere in particular (e.g. garage, side door etc), please check there for your parcel. • Look for a leaflet that may have been left by the courier with information about your delivery and follow up with them from there • Ask other people in the household if they've received your parcel • Ask your neighbors if they have signed for your parcel on your behalf Let us know via email if you still have not found/received the package of your order.
