I have not gotten the product yet, so this is NOT a review of it. My biggest complaint is in regards to the initial processing. I was trying to hit a specific delivery date (receipt date actually), so time was of the essence. Five days were wasted because the artwork was not what I asked for. That was partly my fault (picking a single pet template for a three pet image), but instead of asking me right away about that discrepancy, artwork was done (4 days later I reviewed it) with just one of the pets. Now it appears the product won’t get to me until 3 days after the event it was needed for. That was with every rush, jump, expedited shipping fee applied. The early error is exactly what caused the delay. Why didn’t someone say, on Thursday, “wait a minute, there are 3 dogs in the image/photo, but only on in the template she chose”. What difference that would have made. Instead, on Tuesday I got the bad artwork, and everything had to be redone, and now the product is somewhere between NC and CT for a delivery next week. 😔

We are repeat customers of Crown & Paw. Every dog and grand dog in our family is in at least one C&P portrait and we love them all. We currently have three orders pending and are anxiously awaiting proofs in each order. Can’t wait to see the newest ones. Definitely five stars!
