The quality of the work wasn't great and when I asked for corrections, they resent the same image and then kept blaming the photos. I went through another company and they did a fantastic job with the same photos. Crown and paw was disappointing and I do not recommend them.

It was very easy to navigate and upload my photo.

I found it took too long to get a reply to my equiries. I sent an email asking to replace one picture with another, and to put two dogs in the bathtub. I received a reply on what size - my answer was whatever size the previous one was - and then another day later I received a reply on which picture goes in - to which I replied BOTH of the dogs I had sent in the email. It would have been much quicker if someone could phone me, or if you had a contact phone number, or a quicker email response time. I still don't know if you will put BOTH dogs from the email into the bathtub picture. I would also like to have the digital copy of all 7 of the pictures, so I can print miniature ones to put in a doll house. I don't now how long I will wait to receive a reply on that, if at all.

This is my second phone case purchase (we increased by one family member). I had selected an image, which was great. I asked them to adjust the image (switching the location of two dogs). They simply adjusted it. No complaints from their end. The case was exquisite. I highly recommend Crown & Paw.
