This is my 5th order from Crown and Paw. I hope it goes as well as all the others! My family has enjoyed their gifts. Ordering is easy and the artist does a great job!

Sure wish I could have approved the artwork before hand. The quality of the pillow fabric is cheap. It is filled with synthetic fill (like a cotton ball) there is no zipper or pipping and the graphics are blurry. If you look in the emails, I requested that the head of the Aussie be lowered. It was not. Also the edit send button would not work. I feel that you mislead people about the quality of your merchandise.There is no option to return the merchandise and there is no customer service correspondence from them to make things right .The only reply was when I left this review . They also ask for an artist tip when there is clearly no artistry in it, and an extra charge by saying they will expedite your order quicker. The replies are computer generated. I do not want anymore of your cheap crap, I requested a refund 3 times in emails and have been ignored .This is a scam . I would highly recommend to keep your $$$, it’s not worth the headache.

So many styles to choose. This will be my third portrait from them. Can't wait to see how this one turns out.

I have portraits of all of my pets, past and present. I love all of the historic options, They are always wonderful and create a great gallery up my staircase.

Easy guidelines to follow, selection was great, and overall, just a painless process. Really appreciate it! And getting early access to the Black Friday sale is definitely a perk I'm happy to take advantage of :)

The site is easy to navigate. One thing that would make it better is an explanation about how or when we will be able to review the artwork. I make a lot of stationary and marketing materials online and am accustomed to previewing the artwork before I place an order, so I spent a lot of time trying to find how to do that. I finally decided you must be planning to send it to me, so I took a chance that you will send it.

The website is very easy to use! I just wish I could preview the picture as I'm ordering it instead of having to wait until after the order goes through.

This is my fourth time with this company and each experience has been wonderful. The ordering is easy and the product is always a delight.
