Customer service is INCREDIBLE.

I tried to buy a gift card, and there was a glitch on the site that would only put $10.00 cards in the cart. I eventually realized I could change the denomination of the gift card once it was in the cart, but it was confusing there for awhile.

My sister got a picture of her dog. So I had to do it too. It was wonderful

My change to the artwork was done quickly and correctly. I love the final version.

Placed on an order with them on October 20th and still have not received our order. If you pay extra, you can have your ordered processed faster and also leave a tip, which we did. Total scam. We approved the order weeks ago and tried to contact with them no avail. We need the Christmas shirts by November 20th for a family photo. When we use the tracking number and it shows that it is in que for printing for the past 2 weeks, what a joke. Tried email multiple times and no response and no product that we paid well over $200.00 for. So ready to cancel this order. We have ordered from them before without any issues, so we are truly disappointed. Their website states shipping in 3-5 days. This will be almost a month and still nothing. Not sure why this is taking so long, Save your money and look somewhere else. Hoping we hear something, and I will follow up this review if that happens. EDIT: Order arrived today though the website shows that is it still being processed. Very pleased with everything though one of the shirts runs small. Not enough time to reorder a new one.

Easy to order and great customer service. I cannot wait for the final product to deliver!
