Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

The amount does not adds up to what it should ! 37$ + 9$ = 52 I don’t think so! An explanation would be great

It was easy which in today’s world is unique.

Very easy to navigate. There are other websites like this but they are clunky and awkward. I have come back to this one for the second time to buy a gift for a friend because of how simple and easy it is. Great job!

At checkout I continually received an error that said my payment could not be processed because my payment amount had changed. However, it wasn’t clear in the checkout page (using iOS with Safari) where that change had occurred. The total price hadn’t changed after each error. Finally, after the third time attempting to process, it finally took, albeit with a higher charge. Ultimately what appeared to happen is that one of the upsells I provided at the end - and which I selected - seemed to flag a change in the amount, which triggered the error I was seeing. However, my cart amount didn’t get reflected after the first reload but did after the second. So all to say, it was a confusing experience, and one I’d recommend you consider looking at to better integrate the processes/services that facilitate payment processing - appears they were asynchronously updated, resulting in me having to navigate the checkout process a handful of times before everything updated appropriately.

Easy to navigate website. I am a return customer and know that this purchase will be excellent quality. Plus, it's about humorously depicted pets so what's not to love?

Easy to create, website is fast ans easy to use. Checkout was a breeze. Second time ordering so I know I won't be dissapointed

website was easy to navigate

The artwork at Crown and Paw was better than comparable sites. Was nice to have better choices for my pet's portrait.
