Had some initial issues with Crowdology when signing up and my account was frozen for no particular reason. As per reply, I was contacted me some months later by customer service who reinstated the account and the balance which was around £2.60ish. Ive then completed a couple more surveys and cashed out for £4 today with success. Im grateful for Caroline’s help with the account and therefore altering my review to 3/5 :) would be higher had I not had the initial problems.

DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE WEBSITE THEY MAKE YOU SPEND SO MUCH TIMING DOING SURVEYS THEY EARN MONEY FROM IT AND THEN DON’T PAY OUT TO YOU. IT IS CLEAR THAT THEY DONT PAY OUT TO ANYONE SINCE EVERY SINGLE REVIEW IS A BAD REVIEW. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL MAKE PAYMENT TODAY BUT DIDNT. I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID I VIOLATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH IS FALSE INFORMATION, THEY ARE CLEARLY KEEPING MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM

Absolutely appalling company - don’t waster your time with them- they are constantly holding monies that don’t belong to them - there customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. They get paid for the surveys you complete, but hold back any monies due. The length of time they advertise to compete a survey, is no where near accurate. You could spend 30 mins for 10p. The company is awful and so is how they deduct they business- They profit for the time you invest but don’t reward you fairly - something needs to be done about Crowdology- I will be looking further into the conduct of this company. I suggest we take to Twitter to get some exposure to the problems we are experiencing

I participated in a number of surveys, requested two payouts which went through fine. Then requested another payout, whilst it was pending a correction was made on my account for approx 32p, this was deducted from my balance on my account so should not have presented any issue. However my requested payout is still pending over 2 weeks later and the only explaination crowdology have given is because of the correction?! Even though my requested payout is £6.72 and I still have a £2.56 balance on my account?! Crowdology have now stopped even replying to my messages querying what is happening!! Absolutely appalling!!!! I will stick to QMEE from now on!!

I thought it was a great survey site, as I had been able to take some money out and the payment threshold was low, but the next time I was due to take out money again I never saw it, I emailed them plenty of times and never got a good response they then said that my account was suspended when I had done nothing to warrant that and then when I tried to email them again it said that the email account didn't exist. They owe me £15 that I will never see. Don't trust this survey site.

You probably won't get payed, the other reviews are accurate. - I quickly achieved the payout threshold and tried to cash out to PayPal. Payment is still pending after 10 days (8 "working" days). There are much better alternatives out there, don't waste your time.

This is a shark company. My family all had accounts but not together so there was only one account open at once. Each one was blocked for stupid reasons and rewards due never paid. It’s not us we have accounts with other survey accounts always get paid. And customer services of crowdology never reply. Do not use them if you do beware. In total over £50 is due but never paid.
