Can't even create an account. The activation email just loops you to the home screen. Customer services didn't reply for over a week, then just said to click the link in the email they sent me, which shows they didn't even read my email where I clearly described that this was the issue I was having. Useless

I've used this site for a few years without problems until recently when I had money taken from me. I now can't log in with no reason given. It would seem that from all the other reviews that this site is now con. Do not use this site it's not worth the effort.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the one star reviews having had the exact same experience. Had five problem free withdrawls and was initially impressed, but I now have three more that have been 'pending' for ages. Received an unhelpful vague response to my query. A crafty scam. It seems they draw you in with a few payouts then they get you doing surveys for nothing until you rumble them. They will of course be able to maintain this scam indefinitely as they draw in new mugs with a few payouts before getting them working for nothing. All survey companies are rubbish and naive and their 'rewards' of about 50p per hour are a joke. Sure 'c suite' execs of multi national companies being paid hundreds of thousands per annum, who many surveys are aimed at, are going to waste their precious time on such paltry rewards. It seems Crowdology are down there with the worst. Update. Still getting offers of surveys and an email reminding me I had surveys waiing. I responded with a reminder that I have payments waiting and wouldn't be doing any more surveys for nothing until I had been paid the oustanding amounts. Still waiting for both a response to that and for my money!

I claimed £5.60 on 21.03.2022 but didn't receive it. I messaged them about it and they said my answers had failed quality checks. I messaged again to ask them to evidence their claims but to date, 19.04.2020, I haven't received as much as an acknowledgement from them so presumably they are ignoring me. Now I am unable to access the site to message them. If you are thinking of joining them don't bother as there are far better sites to join, I recommend Panel Base.

I have 25 answered surveys, but I didn't get any money from them. I have 2 panding transactions with them for more than 3 weeks, and they just lie, don't bother. Edit, they payd me after 3 weeks so it will be 3stars from 1
