Made a payment request months ago before they closed and still never received it. Countless emails and no reply, just another cint scam by the looks of it no wonder they shut down

Crowdology advised they were closing. I contacted to say I had not reached minimum cash out but wanted rewarding for what I had completed. Was told to contact back after 8th June. To be told that as they are now closed they cant help. Was incorrectly advised and dealing with Crowdology has been a complete waste of time. Contact I have had since staff member rude and unhelpful. I can see why they are closing. The cashout I had contacted you about was previous to the month where I chose not to complete any. Why am I going to complete more surveys when I know you are closing and you haven't paid me for what I have completed. Does not make sense to ask me to complete more. As said before rude, unhelpful, and mis information given sums up my experience of Crowdology. No correspondence I have had says about having to complete one survey so again mis information. Happy to not have to deal with you any further.

I didn’t receive the payment

Actually sending the payment would be nice, still haven't received it. I questioned this, they just said it said success and closed the call!

Trying to get my money is hard work and complex, I have lost money because the system is NOT designed for older people. All I want is the cash paid directly into my account not sent via a third party, who for all I know could be scammers, and who are making money for doing NOTHING.

I have not received my £10 Tremendous gift card by email. I contacted Crowdology on the 10th of May, and they are passing the buck to Cint, and I have to contact their "support." I did so, and Cint has ignored this request. Tonight, I received a further email from Crowdology saying they closed my initial ticket as "resolved." Err, no, it is not resolved. I have not received my £10 gift card, and at this rate, I doubt I will. Before you reply that I should check my spam folder, I own the domain for my registered email address. Crowdology has been whitelisted for years, and the spam folder is not active. I receive all emails, whether they are spam or not. It may only be £10, but I earned it and am entitled to it, so sort it out, Crowdology. You have once before when this happened prior, without me having to contact Cint, you did.

I'm a long time user of crowdology. It can be an interesting experience, and a useful and fun way to use free time. However payments are slow and my account has recently been blocked without any notification, which is very frustrating and unfair. Other sites I have used for many years have never done this to me but it has happened multiple times with this site.

payments keep failing. nothing is then done and it takes weeks to get sorted. all for £4. they used to be great and paid quickly but diabolical now, there are far better survey companies to spend your time on.
