Firstly the people who work at Crowdology was great but it is Cint I have the issue with. So I signed up with Crowdology having used them in the past and did some surveys. I got enough to cash out and so requested payment. A week later the payment failed. I wrote to complain and then my account was locked out. After a few emails to Crowdology it seems Cint locked my account due to fraud checks. I'd only done 5 surveys so what was wrong I dont know. Anyway a month later my account was reinstated and I could claim my money. It was all a lot of effort and I had done nothing wrong. Caroline at Crowdology was brilliant so its not really Crowdology but Cint who they use.

As with several others I have been using this site for several years with no problems but just over a month ago I could not log in, have been sent no survey invites, have no money in my account and no profile. If I try and complete profile it says there is an error and as with many others I have contacted on numerous occasions but apart from the generic ; we are experiencing higher numbers of customer service issues at the moment so it may take longer to get back to you, please check the FAQs page'! I have heard nothing back. Thank you Caroline for your response but as you well know as of May this year 2023 I am now having exactly the same problems again and have asked you to send my rewards to Paypal so I can unsubscribe my account as I have had enough of enquiries not being replied to and no logical explanation for the problems I have encountered and as, after over 6 months nothing has changed with the technical issues of the Crowdology site I feel I have no option but to close my account and warn others of the issues I have had and the length of time and effort it has taken me to try and get it sorted out.

I have been using Crowdology for at least a few months now, and overall, it is my go-to survey site. It honestly pays better than any other site I've tried, and it takes usually only 2-3 days to rack up £10 without a great amount of effort. It is also a lot simpler and easier than other sites, as it has surveys only and no point system. Honestly, 100% recommend.
