I cashed out £4.48 on 5th october, and 8 days later still says 'pending' on my account, although it claims to process to paypal in up to 4 days in busy periods. I have sent 3 emails to support and still no response. Shoddy and unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. They have failed to pay me on the last three occasions I have reached the pay-out amount (£4). When I checked back on my "transaction account", I found that the pay-outs were labelled "failures", without letting me know- in other words, I was left for weeks expecting the small payout. Despite contacting them via e-mail, not a single reply was received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Did surveys to 4.53 tried "cashing out" said i was successful. Nothing in paypal. Contact email address provided on site, gotca reply saying i was not found so gave crowdology.com email i signed up with been blanked since. Total scam. Qmee actually pays. Go there .

If you want to be paid for survey's stay away, i signed up in October and have over £17 collected and requested over 4 separate orders but still not received anything, Crowdology continue to send to my wrong paypal even after 12+ emails telling them to send to the correct one. Completely ignore any of your attempt to contact them, they says on their website any contact attempts will be seen to in 24 hours, out of 15+ emails I've sent over 3 months only once have i ever had a reply which was far from helpful. Its clear customer service isn't something they care about.

Still waiting for a payment. No one replies to my emails. Stay away. Another possible scam.

I love this site. In comparison to some other survey sites I've had zero problems dealing with Crowdology since I started. If you do the work you get paid in 2 days or less. Minimum payout is also pretty low and they don't waste your time with low paying lengthy surveys. The time invested is worth the reward. My only reason for not leaving 5 stars is the most they pay out at once is 12.50 but thats no big deal. Absolutely no complaints from me! Thanks Crowdology.

One of the best survey sites ive joined. Signed up with them not too long ago and had 2 payouts already totaling nearly £10 via paypal. Would be excellent if i got as many surveys as i did when i first joined but i guess thats down to demographic screenings that i dont meet the criteria for (still get a few surveys though). Can definitely trust this site.

Often there are no surveys available, and even when there are I get lots of screenouts, However completions are awarded instantly and the cashout threshold is low.
