The best survey site out there. I very rarely get screened out unlike the rest of them. I don't understand the negative reviews when I've never a issue with them. Paypal withdrawals usually take a few days to receive.

Crowdology is one of the top survey sites in my opinion, I get sent surveys regularly and you actually see the amount in pounds that you will be paid not points, this can add up pretty quickly if you're regular with taking surveys. I had an issue with one of the surveys timing out and they looked into it in a timely manner and credited my account for that survey.

They are not spam I did I mistake while I redeem because I didn't read carefully the faqs and I put wrong email address for the PayPal but they helped me and my account has been credited back with the Payment so I can use them on amazon gift. They solve the problem in one hour.

update i had 3 pending withdrawls fom crowdology .... from 06/12/2022 with no sucess then i messaged caraline and was asked to wait another 4 working days until the 21st dec if i hadnt heard out by thern i had to message her .... so i did ..... that was 10 hrs ago i know shes busy , but i feel im just getting passed around / so now im gonna take it up 1 step furter . im not washing my hands of this dennis ...... ANOTHER UPDATE just got an email back from support at crowdology , stating they had been in touch with cnt and my payments were rejected once again . ,, they said they reaplied the payment ,,,, WRONG i reapplied the payment and no it will be rejected again . as all they do is fob you off. so ile now contact the survery police ... gov.uk . which.co.uk and trading standards and whoeverelse it applies to with m all my emails and screenshots of my payments dennis hi caroline just an UPDATE nothing has been updated on my account ... sdont try getting fans by saying bull poop ......... your just making stuff up to get fans im still owed money bye you . you ignored my emails but reply only on here for the glory ............you tell lots of lyes ..........see you in the small claims court,,,,,,,,,,caroline your full of poop you refuse to pay . and make excuses uop and tell lyes ............ . just read your reviews woman . thats why your failing in your job because your scamming the public... see you in the small claims court in doncaster so i can see you instead of the lyes you tell behind a computer

I have used this site for around twelve months. I take my time, and answer questions honestly, however they regularly put corrections on your account (take money off you), with no explanation, or reason. This evening I noted they had taken 80p off me, so I completed a survey to make up that balance. Went back in half an hour later to see they had taken another 80p off me. If I am honest I am not surprised, as I had answered a survey, and all my answers were in the left-hand column. However, that isn't my fault, that was the design of the survey. The questions were all answered honestly, and in line with my views. Interestingly enough when you contact them about surveys you have completed, and due to faults on the surveys you are not returned to the home screen, and don't receive the reward. They aren't as quick to take ownership, and credit your account. Their usual response is they will raise it with the account manager, then you hear no more. I have had enough of them, just deleted my account. There are a lot better survey sites out there, this in my opinion is one of the poorer sites. I certainly won’t be engaging with them any further, and my advice would be don’t waste your time.

Happy with the answers I got responded quicker than I thought and solved my issue over when payments would come through

On recently reporting an issue Crowdology responded quickly in a professional and friendly way. I always receive excellent customer service.

Great way to make a few extra pounds doing surveys. Crowdology have a great customer service too.
