The communication is so bad. My order was stiped in customs and i told them to send it back so i can cet a refound contacted the company and told them what happend and they said of course you will get a refound as soon as it comes back. And again nothing! Total silence. So disappointed in this company they just take your money.. 🥴 i have tried to call emailed them soo many times . Nothing .

My order originally wasn't sent for a week, I had to chase to see where it was. When I finally did receive it, it was the wrong item. I emailed and left a voicemail, no answer, though my order was updated to "complete". I sent another email a week later and got a reply that he was "looking into it". Cue another week with no answer to my emails. I sent another email with a proposed resolution and let him know that I'd be initiating a chargeback if I still hadn't heard from him by the end of the next day. I should have Googled before ordering from here, as it seems I'm not the only person with problems! I've initiated the chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

I haven’t received any communication from the company since ordering. Have tried contacting them twice to no avail. The payment has gone through. Not sure what is going on very disconcerting.

I wrote a derogatory review of this company on 23rd January, but now I have to eat my words and give them 5 stars. The product I ordered did not arrive for some weeks and the company did not answer my messages or telephone calls when I tried to contact them. However, I later received a phone call from Critter Gear apologising for my not having received the product. They explained that reason for this was that Royal Mail had the parcel, but had no despatched it. Critter Gear have refunded my payment, but also sent me the product free of charge. So, well done Critter Gear, but perhaps consider using a different delivery company in future.

I have recently had a pest problem with my lawn so I went on Critter Gear to order pest control. Glad I did. It arrived in just a few days and started to use it on my lawn. The pests are now gone and the lawn looks great. I am going to be buying from them from now on.
