Critter GearReviews of critter-gear.com

Never received my order. Avoid to buy here.

Fair prices, good products, okay communication. In the age of instant gratification i can see how people easily make claims about scams and low lifes without concrete proof. I for one had a good experience, ordered a root killer got my product in about 4 days, and it's worked a charm

Addedum to previous review: After the previous very negative review, had a phone call from the vendor to appologise. Apparently the UK branch has been wound up but is stll acting agent for the US firm. Was promised the item as orderd by post and it arrived by Parcelforce shortly after and suitably packaged.

Lovely website, great range of products, competitive pricing... BUT it's a SCAM! Order placed, seller non-communicative, item not received = PayPal refund and two weeks of wasted time! Companies House states company has ceased trading. If I lived a little closer, I'd have paid the low-life a visit in person to obtain a refund.

Got helpful advice about spotting on my highbush, all i needed was some neem, I recommend although they took quite a bit to respond to emails

Order#6021when I didn't receive a tracking number I message them via the website but no answer. I waited another day phoned the number on the website it rang then went to voicemail I then emailed them up to writing this review no reply back from them but luckily I used PayPal I just contacted them and awaiting a refund. Avoid this company I don't think it is a real company.

Thrid time buying some ant gel from them, relatively quick delivery and fair prices can't complain

Sends the wrong product which appears to have been used and then does not respond to emails to rectify. Scam site as others have said, the 5 star reviews on here are fake.
