Never even received a confirmation email for my order let alone the thing I bought. The form on their website doesn't work for inquiries. I’m about to open a claim with my bank to get my money back.

Don’t use them. I ordered a product that did not arrive and no response

Didn't check company first. Paid £25 up front and that was that. No product, no response to emails. Informed my bank Obviously a scam

Didnt get confirmation, no notice from post either but today I got my package, wasnt expecting this after reading the comments

Not checking the company’s reviews I went against my better judgment. Stupidly paid with my credit card so money is gone. 60 euros, not an enormous amount off money. But now I have to start over again, 3weeks has past and my plants are not getting better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It’s a SCAM!

Hi everyone. On 17th September 2024 I ordered critter gear bedbug killer. I was trying to contact customer service one ( hair dresser ) was ring out. I emailed , no reply! I'm was so mad that lost £94 for nothing. I couldn't reach out someone from them. But! Suddenly on 9th Dec I received an email that the order was dispatched, royal mail delivered the order. Regarding that I was need it in September because of the new property was infected I'm disappointed couse I was need to spend extra money to get rid of those things. I giving 5 star only for one reason which is I received my order after two months and 20 some days from the order date. However I don't need this staff anymore ( hope never ) , but at least I got what I payed for. Thank you my god. Just one advice for whom wants to order from critter gear. If you need asap ( within days ) DO NOT PLACE ORDER ) If you just wants to have it incase of something happen I recommend it. But again but I never will order again from them. Hope my review helps. Placed order. No shipping acknowledgement or info provided on order until I contacted customer service via email. Ordered catnip which came in a completely unmarked bag with no invoice or order record. Order was slow to fulfill with no tracking. Unable to find any phone support. Company does not provide basic order support: shipping/order tracking, phone support, product labeling, invoice record. Will not order here in future.
