I ordered Any Bait on the 1st June, payment was taken but it took 6-7 phone calls from me to Critter Gear to finally receive the product on the 16th July (6 weeks). I was told there was a problem with the website and the warehouse.. which is fine if they were more forthcoming in updating me, rather than me needing to call them once a week to ask for an update on my order.

Addedum to previous review: After the previous very negative review, had a phone call from the vendor to appologise. Apparently the UK branch has been wound up but is stll acting agent for the US firm. Was promised the item as orderd by post and it arrived by Parcelforce shortly after and suitably packaged.
