Never sent tracking information, did not pick up the phone or reply to messages in a timely fashion, and the package has not arrived after much longer than their promised delivery window.

Ordered 6th Nov. All looked legit. Got Royal Mail tracking number which keeps saying seller has dispatched but doesn't move any further on. Emailed 14th Nov, no reply. Searched Google only to see these reviews. Wish I had checked 1st. Now opening PayPal disbute.

Total irresponsibility and incompetence. Absolutely rotten ordering system that will 'register' and make you pay for 3 products when you actually need one. They are eager to convince you it's your doing and don't hesitate to take your money. Disgusting!
